TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE GUEST is held responsible for the property’s conservation, as well as for the furnishings and household appliances during the stay period, keeping the property clean, tidy and without garbage, leaving it in the same conditions found during check-in;

As the property hereby being rented is under a condominium circumstance, the GUEST (s) shall comply with the current legislation, besides:
1. Complying with and respecting the internal rules and regulations from the condominium, which will be delivered at check-in and will be available in the property;
2. Responding for the condo’s imposed penalties, by infringements or disobedience of the internal rules and regulations;
3. The number of hosted people in the property must be informed in the site by the time the booking is made, and shall not be exceeded in whatever terms to the capacity as described on the property’s description in the site. It is recommended to check in detail the capacity and features of the property before booking request, bearing in mind the following:

In case of a private bedroom rent, the amount informed in the site refers to a single person. It will be charged an extra 20% (twenty per cent) over the amount informed for the rent, per additional person, as long as respecting the amount of people’s capacity in the room as defined by the INTERMEDIATOR.

In case the property is to be rented as a whole, the number of children shall be informed to the INTERMEDIATOR before the booking is made in order to check if the property has the appropriate furniture to meet such demand.

The INTERMEDIATOR shall be informed of any damage whatsoever caused to the property and/or furniture, during the stay on an immediate basis, so that repair and/or replacement shall be provided accordingly;

Pets are not allowed

It is not allowed to sublet, assign or lend the property to another person which is not included in the booking;

It is not allowed to change the property’s plant, or the painting, and hanging paintings/pictures on the walls, etc.

It is not allowed to use the property for any other purpose other than accommodation and the tenants shall not lead immoral or unlawful activities.
